'When It's Real' Novel Review -

My goodness, I’ve been in a reading slump for such a long time up until the moment I read this novel. Does anyone else experience reading slumps and they’re only able to merge out of it by reading one specific type of genre? Because that’s me with all lovey dovey contemporary novels!

Alright back to my novel review. Once completing ‘When It’s Real’ I’ve decided to give it 4/5 stars.

I must say that the romance really lived up to the lovey dovey expectation I had. Oakley and Vaughn’s relationship was very humorous as well as simple, besides the fact that he was famous, because logically nothing could ever be simple.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy about this novel was the characters and how they filled out their roles. I felt that Vaughn has such a tough personality, up until the point when she meets a very good looking boy and falls in love with him.

Unfortunately, I felt like this novel was predictable. In terms of how their relationship turned out, even through all of the chaotic experiences.

All in all, I definitely would recommend this novel to anyone that needs to get out of a serious reading slump or to whoever really enjoys sweet and humorous contemporary’s.
